About Us

Welcome to Timber Ridge

Investing in a community like Timber Ridge is taking a step towards creating lifelong family memories.  Steeped in Columbia Valley history that supports an active year-around outdoor lifestyle, Timber Ridge has something to offer everyone. As one of the only private beach park and marina communities on Lake Windermere, Timber Ridge is easily one of the most desired communities within the Columbia Valley.

Timber Ridge Property Owners Association (or TRPOA)

The Timber Ridge Property Owners Association was incorporated under the British Columbia Society Act in 1981 to manage the communities’ common and natural areas.

The Timber Ridge Property Owners Association is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of property owners from the community.  Board members provide their services on a volunteer basis.  The involvement of community members is welcomed and encouraged, whether it be to join the Board, or to help organize and run community events.
